Joey Gudjonsson is rumoured to be seeking a move away from AZ Alkmaar during the January transfer window. The midfielder was seen as the man to fill the void left by Denny Landzaat's departure to Wigan, but he has failed to truly settle in Alkmaar. The 26-year-old Icelander has failed to nail down a regular starting berth under Louis van Gaal and it is being reported that he could head for pastures new in January.
