F.A are thinking of using a sin bin for not too serious football matters. Why don't they think of changing the way teams are penalised when a player is injured are are down to 10 men while he gets treatment. Why don't they suggest a team can sub an injured player while he gets treatment so there is no unfair advantage to the opposition. Is it me or can't they see common sense? Dave
Another brain wave from the clueless organisation So in D'Urso's eyes Morgan would have been sin binned for his assault on Iain Hume, yet Davey would have been sent off for calling the linesman a pillock
I think the FA needs a spring clean, just get some former players, managers, coaches from recent times not from the 50's and 60's. We need to move forward and quickly, not come up with ideas that are implemented in other sports!
If everyone was honest it would be good. Although how long would it be before team see it as a chance for temporary subs - chuucking on a stirker for 5 mins while defender sits out 'injured' on touch line. They then score in that 5 mins and fetch defender back on.
I meant if lets say a defender is injured and needed stitches like it has happened 3 times for us this season, he could be subbed with another defender only, like for like.
You mean just like its been in Rugby fer donkeys years?? sin bin, blood injury subs and cricket too......... welll I wonder if FINALLY the pillocks at the FA are waking up... lets also have the video ref too just like most other major sports do .
