Anyone else getting that message on to put the new card in the box even though they haven't received it? Phoned up this morning and they said they'd send the card out and stop the messages but just wondered if anyone had had similar problems. TIA
Night mare... I rang them and they said the same... 3 days later still no card they decided to cancel that card and send another.... next days the original new one arrived...put it in the box only to be told that it had been cancelled.... 3days later the 2nd new card came.... moral is be patient and new card will arrive..
One thing I did though was to give them a b*****cking for the constant message.. then the inconveinience of the card thing... and they gave me a months free viewing..
