New speakers been put up in tarn today on lamposts

    small little black boxes been seen put up today on lamposts and security cameras posts, and it is a warning to people walking around saying "please be aware pick pockets are in operation in this area"

    ive seen at least 5 been put up today and at least 2 dragged down by the chavs, i recon the police should put them a bit higher up so no dicks can grab hold of them, but otherwise a very good idea from the police
