    if it is his firm..................

it is disappointing-it means we couldn't attract a big name sponsor

    In which case

I would certainly not be purchasing a shirt (although as I haven't done so since 1997 they aren't likely to miss that)

RE: if it is his firm..................

But it's all down to how much a sponsor puts in, big name or small name.

    Because

The still provide the security on the car park and in the ground. It could be some sort of deal between providing a service and sponsorship. If the names on the shirt then we charge less for security, that kind of thing.

    Hope not like!!!!!!

No way is it that. The club know too many people would go without a shirt if they were that stupid.

why is everyone bothered about having Doyle on the shirt?

    what's the particularly big deal?

I'm sorry if I have forgotten something but it seems that some have a real issue, just wondering why is this?

we've had lots of small companies before - ORA, isoft, Barnsley building society, shaw carpets, hayselden

why does Doyle security cause so much controversy?

Shaun Doyle Security are NOT the new shirt sponsor.. FACT

They did however donate a large sum of money to the Supporters society to have their name on the shirt (Doyle Consultants) is the new name of Shaun Doyle's.

They also supplied all the Stewarding for the Legends game last Saturday for free...

And so what if they did sponsor the new kit, why would that bother anyone.... They are a local company who employ plenty of local people.... Thus putting money back into the local community... They also give plenty to local charities..

    Rant over!!!! FFS
