    Good player like Isgrove but he won't perform to his ability like Isgrove because he's joining a team of kids low on confidence with no leadership & little experience

    We've just become a training ground club for higher league clubs to keep their own youngsters fit and playing and this is what Cryne and the board are happy for us to be, sad really Patrick may or may not have saved us once but he sure has hell is killing us now

    This is the problem bringing in kids. I would have though we had learned that lesson by now. What did Einstein say about continuing to make the same mistake? He may be from a Premiership club but his playing experience has been with Northampton Town.
    We need experienced players to pull us out of the mess LJ and PC have created.
