Agreed 2 strikers at least needed. Macken, Mostto, Ferenczi and 2 new first team strikers if we are to make any improvement on this season.

Like i said on another thread get him back and give him a full pre season with the rest of the squad. He could be a totally different player with midfielders who can pass the ball in the team, we never gave him a real chance this year.

I still think Mostto could come good. Good vision/movement and proven goalscorer in Peru. We just didn't play to his strengths however if we have Howard???, Leon and De silva feeding him who knows?

    I'd keep Odejayi

purely becuase I'd rather have him in our squad than play against him to be honest. Decent sub/back up but no better than that.

I'd keep Macken, Odejayi and Coulson and get rid of the rest.

I know Mossto hasn't been given much of a chance bit when he did play he looked ****. Had the same chance as Coulson but Coulson looks better. Just don't think the pace of the Championship suits Mossto. Better in a team which keeps posession and plays a slower tempo (like in South America).

At the end of the day, there's a reason why we bought him and noone else in the Championship or above bothered.

    RE: Coulson

We have to keep Coulson anyway now the lad is injured but personally I cannot see why everyone on here is in rapyures about him.
League 1 player at the VERY best.
As for Odejayi don't get me started......

Very useful player to have for last 20 minutes.

Really? Why is that then? ..................

........... he's scored 4 goals all season and looks worse as a sub then when he starts.

When he came on against Leicester it killed the game completely!

If we did try to get rid of of him no Championship side in their right mind would touch him with a barge pole so they'd be no problem regarding him playing against us.

It's a bit of a quandry but I would tend to agree with you.

One way of actually changing our game plan would be on 70 minutes put on OJ and say Nardi or Mostto along with a replacement winger.

Whatever anyone says OJ terrifies defenders with his size strength and pace.

A load of tired defenders would not relish defending against a fresh legged OJ and would more than likely double up, leaving space for a tricky winger and a lazy striker who knows where the net is.

The problem is communicating the tactics to the players.- those tactics don't actually looked to have worked at Bury and Leicester.
