    OK... RIGHT MOUSE BY THE GLOBE, NOT ON THE GLOBE, ON THE COLOURED BIT BESIDE IT.
    MOVE POINTER OVER TOOLBARS AND WAIT FOR THE LIST TO APPEAR.
    LEFT MOUSE ON QUICK LAUNCH AND, HOPEFULLY, THE ICONS SHOULD APPEAR. ON MY DELL THEY ARE:
    INTERNET EXPLORER, SHOW DESKTOP, SWITCH BETWEEN WINDOWS (AERO) AND MEDIA PLAYER.

    Yep - done that, thank you. Didnt think this was the Aero see through effect thought - thought it was the Flip 3d effect.</p>

    Run Help
    Type in Aero in the search
    Read the results cos there's lots of em
