    Don't make them

Why wait until the start of a year to decide to do something? If you want to do something or make a change in your life then just go ahead and do it.

Being the dedicated pro I am, I would want to do 13 miles in two hours. Although first time of asking, I would take two and a half hours. I'm in pretty good condition to begin with. We shall see what crack is. It's the day after we play Charlton at home and so very apt considering the first time I ever met you was there :D :D :D

Still thinking about it, but doing bits and pieces just incase. Things like running, weights and a change of diet (less chips and more salad as a substitute). I looked at their website last night. I reckon it's easy in the three hour limit to get a medal. Although 1:05 was the fastest time last year? That's really good.
