Book it all yourself online mate,

You should be able to get flights with BA for about £250 each. If I was going for the 1st time i'd stay at the Waldorf Astoria (I've stayed there and its one of those places everyone has heard of and a real landmark), its a short walk to 5th Ave, Times Square and Central Park. 1st timers should also get the 2 day open top bus pass, its about 40 dollars (20 quid) and you can hop on and off at all the major landmarks in Manhatten, and there's a stop right outside the Waldorf, the tour guides on the busses are superb and full of knowledge.

The Waldorf should set you back about £100 a night for the room, so if there's two of ya it should run to about £450 to £500 for a 4 night stay which is about right.

If you fancy the nightlife stuff down at meatpacking and Greenwich district you need to stay at the Gansvoort, its the one at the beginning of the film "Hitch" the roof top nightclub is awesome. Although its pricey around £300 a night...

Give me a shout if you need any more info mate
