We have kept thinking we have turned the corner, but now maybe I think that for some players the expectations on them have been too much."</p> "I have looked at our overall performances and it is time for a change around at the club. Some of our players signed new contracts in the summer but expectations have not been met and I need my players to respond.</p> "Some of them need to move on and better ones brought in, but with less than a fortnight of the transfer window left, it cannot happen overnight.</p> "What I've got to do is get the best out of these players, get them to look in the mirror and prove that they are worth keeping in the side.</p></div></div></div></div></div>
Maybe but I wouldnt want to swap The team he inherited was easily good enough for the playoffs with a decent manager eg Colin, Tony Mowbray etc He has spent millions improving it and has a side which is performing as well as our much cheaper mixture I think Sheff U need to change the manager rather than the players - but hope they dont
