...is now the big worry. Teams with a losing mentality often struggle in the division below and Barnsley have had 7 seasons of failure out of the last 8... I can't see the Reds challenging to get back into the Championship for some time if they go down. As a town and a club we may have to settle for life in the lower leagues for the foreseeable future.
Your right I reckon. Sadly I'm a happy clapper and will not continue to attend and watch an agonising decline and slide down the leagues with no hope of ever gaining our championship status back. This level is our historic level and had a little more ambition been shown to mark robins, then I reckon we would not be looking firmly down the championship trapdoor once again. Only difference this time is it looks nailed on we are going through it.
