    Your damned if you do and damned if you dont. People moan about a lack of passion from Davey and his staff. When they show some they get hammered for lack of discipline.

    FFS - I'm a critic of his too - but we complain when it seems like he doesn't care. He shows some passion and we complain. The bloke can't win.

    the point I'm trying to make is that he is held out as a diciplinarian. I don't care whether he waves his arms around or not. That doesn't show passion.

    Then appears at a presentation at the town hall in jeans and his shirt out! You cannot take him seriously at all.

    Passion and Ill Discipline are not the same thing

    Personally, I don't think having a manager that jumps around on the touchline makes much difference. I can't see how that affects the game in any way.

    John Gregory at QPR would be a good example of that.
