"But credit to (Ipswich boss) Kieran (McKenna), Darren Moore (Sheffield Wednesday) and Michael Duff (Barnsley) who've made us play that consistently every week because the standard has been outstanding."
Fair play to Plymouth, they've gone about it with class and I really want them to win the championship title ahead of Ipswich. Don't know if already posted on here but was reading earlier today that Ipswich weren't happy with our official social media posts before Tuesday's game and basically said it gave them added motivation. Apparently the fact we made reference to when the game should have been played (5 weeks before) and also our record of home wins hurt the little darlings feelings!!
I thought some of our fans reactions were way over the top on the opening day, when we lost at Plymouth. Nobody knew then of course, but just look at how impressive they've been all season, especially at home. It puts things into a clearer perspective.
After the Wednesday game, I thought 8 wins out of the last 10 games would see us into the top two. Such has the form of Plymouth and Ipswich has been, it probably wouldn’t have been enough after all
