Nick Montgomery To Sign???

<p class="ss-text-bold">A host of clubs are readying bids for Sheffield United midfielder Nick Montgomery, skysports.com understands. </p>

The 26-year-old has spent his entire career at Bramall Lane but is now ready to depart the South Yorkshire club. </p>

Montgomery has started 17 games in the Championship for Bryan Robson's Blades, but it remains to be seen whether he will be a long-term part of the manager's plans. </p>

Montgomery, who signed a new deal with the club last summer, is now attracting interest from Premier League and Championship clubs. </p>

Wigan, Bolton, Barnsley and Stoke are among the clubs ready to make a move for Montgomery before the transfer window closes next week. </p>
