Average player in a good team. Stick him in a team like Fulham, and he'd look average. Not a patch on Van Persie, Eduardo, Arshavin and Vela. He'll be out in the summer. Gary Neville is the same. Very average, but just playing in a very good side.
You don't play for a club like utd for the length of time he has if you're average Great servant for the club and helps to keep the defence stable - think he does a great job and fits into the pattern of play. Take a lot of so called average players and they'd struggle at other clubs
