Barnsley winger Nile Ranger, on loan from Newcastle, knows what it takes to get out of the division after securing promotion with the Magpies two seasons ago, and is backing the Irons for an immediate Premier League return. He said: “We knew coming here would be hard - they're a strong team which just got relegated but they're on the way to going back up. I reckon they've got enough.” The 20-year-old hobbled out with his left foot in a protective boot, and will have a scan to check on his ankle. He said: “It's a bit of a worry because I'm on loan and I don't really want to get sent back. “I'm enjoying it - I'm getting games and I'm getting match fit. That's what everyone wants. “A few of the lads have been in touch to see how I'm doing. The manager's probably keeping tabs on me but we haven't really spoken. He's leaving me to it.”
Keith said he went over on it but should be ok as we have 10 days or so to get ready. But me personally, I hope he's broke it. How he gets in ahead of Haynes and Gray only Hill knows
He did not look bothered TBH on Sat. Dissapointed as he's looked ok to me.. Was a blessing when he was subbed.
