Hi, Just bought a Wii, was just wondering what are the essential things I should get, games, controllers etc... I don't really know much about them, whats all the nunchuck thing compared to the controller?? Any help is appreciated!! Cheers
Where and how much if you don't mind me asking mate? Seen online that loads have come available but majority £300+
Yeah no probs, Was looking round at dinner time and saw them in Game in Leeds. They were 250 with 2 extra games, not sure how many they had left though. You any idea what stuff to buy extra?
Most people I know had bought an extra controller and Nunchuck to get full gaming from it (2 players). I believe allot of places are short on these too.
Did you only buy 1? I've just seen a pre-owned one in Gamestation in Southampton for £600, with a few extras, but totally unjustified price, I presumed the shop was included.
aye only one, thought about buying the shop full but didnt know how much profit I would make. Reckon I should try and get another after work?
I just bought one too It comes with a remote and a nunchuck, remote in 1 hand and nunchuck in't other but you don't need both for a lot of games. Anyway, what I realised is if you want to play 2-player games simultaneously (eg baseball where one pitches and the other bats) then you need another additional remote and nunchuck (actually you don't need the nunchuck for the baseball example but might as well get one for other games). They aren't cheap though, a mate of mine just got me one from Southampton train station - approx £45 for the pair.
ignore the wires hanging out of the box. That's got nothing to do with revenge, it's just poorly packed.
How tragic. Is that like a lovechild of two footballers?
When did you realise? How did it make you feel?
I tell you what, I have a degree in psychology (somehow)...I feel you should talk about how it made you feel. Did you have a tough upringing? When did you move abroad? Do you miss England? (presumably Barnsley...)

I've no idea where it came from or how I should be spelling it (thatchers fault). But apparently in some circles 'a rick' is a ****-up of some description. I was so pleased when some pundit on Sky Sports used it and it became banter in our changing room. Whoever is to blame is a lovely person, which is incorrectly spelt but has no other meaning.
That's his surname - First name Pete. Don't beat me Massa! I'll stay in the corale!! (hidebehindsofa)
Southampton train station. That well-known game store. There's a branch in the Airedale Centre in Keighley.
