No doubt we'll be sick of hearing it by tomorrow but what results do England need now to qualify?

If we assume Croatia will get the draw they need in Macedonia and Russia beat Andorra then:

If Russia win in Israel its goodbye.
If Russia draw against Israel, England will need to beat Croatia to qualify.
If Russia lose to Israel, England will probably only need a draw against Croatia unless Russia get a hatful against Andorra

It's not in our hands. Have to hope that Russia don't win both their remaining games.

    To be honest

I just cant get excited about this England setup from the uninspiring management to most of this set of players who dont seem to be arsed to give anything like 100%

I think the last scenario may be wrong in that if England and Russia end up on the same points it's decided on the head to head results... so we go through errrr I think !

It was all going so well though wasn't it...

...when Owen and Heskey were up front, Barry was fantastic and Richards was the hot new prospect.
