Thought it would be better on a new thread for folk to give us their recommendations, there's a few on the board at the minute but they're getting mixed up in other threads. So whilst we are in Dry January it seems the perfect month. It's not a thread for the "don't understand why" posts, just the ones who have taste tested and recommend. My three so far: - Guinness 0.00% - Brewdog Punk AF - Leffe 0.0%
Big Drop Pine Trail Pale Ale Big Drop Reef Point Lager Barbican (not sure if its meant to be a lager or what) is ok Brew Dog Punk AF I'm not minding Athletic Brewings Upside Dawn but not sure if its the taste or the fact that I managed to get 24 cans for £7
Jupiler 0.0 is my favourite lager. 33cl cans. Half a can of Becks topped up to a pint with a can of Jupiler makes a palatable and refreshing low alcohol tipple. Stouts seem to translate well and there are plenty out there to try. I'm not a pale ale drinker and mid-amber/chestnut/ruby low alcohol ales seem few and far between so I'm open to recommendations on that front.
Coke Zero/Pepsi Max Vimto Orange cordial Blackcurrant cordial Ribena you get the idea. Just don’t get why non alcoholic beer is a thing, you’re either drinking or you’re not. Save your money.
Man City's sponsor just reminded me, Asahi 0.0%. I had some cans of that before Christmas another thumbs up.
Personally, I prefer the taste of Guinness 0.0 to the majority of the options you've mentioned there. In many places, a pint of alcohol free Guinness isn't much more expensive than a pint of Pepsi Max.
