must impact on any chance they have on coming good and on the players still on the pitch set of muppets the lot of you (you know who you are)..should be ashamed of yourselves.Still no excuse for the abject performance but if you want to give vent to your frustrations wait until the end and let them have it collectively.

That the team are even worse when they're being booed. Whilst I do believe that the players need to fight and earn the right to be cheered (and not just expect strong support every week), I can't imagine what players must feel like playing for Barnsley FC. Treatment of individuals is shameful and has been going on for years, and it seems more often than not that fans are just waiting for mistakes to be made so they have something to moan about.

The team was booed from the moment we conceded the 1st goal today. How can that possibly help the players to lift their performance and recover?

Also, I strongly believe the reason Mattis was so poor today was that he was **** scared of making a mistake. It looks to me like he's way off this standard, but he doesn't stand a chance of proving anyone wrong in an atmopshere like that.

The last time I took a non-BFC supporting friend to Oakwell (which I do at least 5 times a season) I vowed not to do it again, I am that embarrassed by Barnsley fans at the moment.

I feel like a lot of supporters have no intention most weeks of actually supporting the team, and I'd rather sit amongst 5000 fans at Oakwell than listen to abuse like that every week.
