no matter who the new manager is,it needs to happen fast in my view

    otherwise the january window will have come and gone and we could be left with nowt.Also a new guy may just talk the talk that Davies and Steele need to hear. I would seriously like to have a new manager by the coming week-end (5th Jan) and if not by the following week-end(12th Jan) at the latest.

    Agreed. Thankfully I don't think our squad needs that much work, but it does need work and the only time and real business can be done is over the next month so the new manager needs to have as much time as possible to assess what we have and where he feels improvements need to be made.
