For once I agree completely with the BOA and our judges

I am fairly sure the members of "our gold medal winning" relay team that had to return them once his cheating was made known are fairly happy with that verdict too

Deliberately cheating for 2 years knowing the rules and punishments - we are well rid in my opinion

He was banned, so why should he still not be able to compete ... ?

No f~*ker minded when Ridsadale was in charge, small minded people and all that.

but he stepped out of line for over 18 months

A deliberate and calculated plan to cheat - hardly a spur of the moment decision

He cost other members of the team medals they had to give back when his cheating came to light

THe penalty for drugs cheating has always been clear - our olympics association have stated a lifetime ban applies so its not as if he didnt know the consequences of being caught.

In any case he can still compete in events - just not represent his country at the Olympics - only got himself to blame

I find it interesting that certain quarters were hoping he'd win his appeal. End of the day, the lad cheated! Tell him to sod off!!!

    Eh?

I stated my view - which was the opposite viewpoint of TTT

Wouldnt upset my puddings etc tomorrow if he had been allowed to race - but it would have affected my enjoyment of the Olympics

Shame really, I'd lioke to have seen the rotund,

moustachioed 70's left full-back having a run out, if only for old times sake.

    Is Paul Cross in then?
