its still a bit open to abuse I reckon, but its what I was on about.In essence it tries to address the "have's and have nots" But as I say I bet there are some loopholes or devious ways around it.
But I think Barnsley have been trying to get to a place in readiness for this in order to be a better prepared team, hence the budget buy approach to some extent. Lets just hope its not all in vain.
