With the possible closure of Wedgewood and Waterford do you recon their antique pieces are going to rise in value significantly
certainly not any kind of expert but I would guess certainly not straight away as I think older pieces already have good value depending on their scarcity and they are obviously no longer made anyway. The modern ones are made I great numbers probably and so they probably won't gain that much value unless there is something particularly special about them. Look at other collectables for example in music, the Beatles best albums are not worth a great deal because so many were bought, but rare items go for vast amounts.
