Had some reight problems with them, bills too high, and even when comp was broke for about 6 month, we rang them to tell them to cancel our suscription. 7 months later when we got a £250 bill of em trying to make us pay it.

i am on talk talk just got everything sorted today i have a wireless set up its taken since October to sort it. i went into carphone workhouse (as a different approach) as i spent 2 hours on the phone talking to there customer support this morning and god knows how many hours on the phone previously, one of there support team on the phone told me she did not know what a router is as they are not trained in that area. The bloke in Carphone warehouse rang talktalk customer services after 25 mins he hung up and gave me a wireless router with modem, he said iam with talktalk and they are crap. So dont go TalkTalk. However i have rarely had connection problems its just there customer support.

You have not told us what your problems are.

I find Blueyonder to be the most reliable service provider. No telephone lines only fiber optics.

Changing ISP can be a nightmare, only 83% are happy after they have changed according to Computor active mag. :'(
