    I live in a council/bernslai homes property and my electric meter is on of those really old types with the wheels/clockface display who if anyone is responsible for modernising this, it must have been in from when the property was built, but I got a new gas meter a couple of years ago........................ normal feckwit,i'll try and be humerous ( like anal herpes)post hi-jackers need not reply
