    Children as young as 11 are among more than 1,000 alleged victims of revenge porn who reported offences in the first year of the new law coming into effect, it has been revealed.

    Pretty sure its when you break up with someone and they post videos they have of you on the internet but I could be wrong.

    As I understand it, it's when you have some sexual stuff on film, (video or still) they fall out with the other person then upload it to a porn site, the other persons friends or any public site that accepts that sort of stuff. Bad enough with adults BUT 11!!!!
