    Has anyone had one done?

Thinking of having integral garage converted into a play room for the kids. Just wondered what the ballpark cost for a standard one would be. PM me if you'd sooner not post generally.

We recently had ours done mate. We converted 3/4 of into a new kitchen but left a quarter for much needed storage. We then built an extension onto the old kitchen to have as another area of living space with a table setee and tv in their. Absolutley transformed our lives to be honest and much cheaper than moving home. The whole lot cost 22k but done to a nice standard with skylights etc. Just to sort the garage cost 10k but that was to level off floor aswell as it was a big step down to garage. Hope this helps. Weve never regretted it at all

We are thinking of replacing ours with a log cabin/store.
Well I say thinking about it.... I'm hoping we get it sorted before the old garage falls down.

Been quoted 7 grand for a kit built summerhouse/log cabin, that is externally clad with timber.
