i've been stuck in the "villa depresso" for a few days as this cold damp weather "knocks the fuckin smoke" out of my knee and back, now that may not be what the medical terminology is but you get my drift. anyway after a tin and an 'aif of ralgex i'm pretty mobile again and I've decided to go to frickley country park, now I used to work down frickley pit in another lifetime and its going to be 45 years since I was last there.
