I have a ps3 but want to get a newer system, should i get the ps4 500 gig for $360, or
Xbox one 1tb for $300, both systems come with a game.

Give it a couple of months, both companies have announced newer models out in August.

New releases aren't a massive step up - think both are introducing new ones possibly next year - xbox scorpio as it's known at the moment will be 4k and vr ready - ps are releasing their vr games later in the year but headset is around 300 at the moment

Sorry, should have clarified what I meant - when the newer models are released the older ones are likely to be further discounted.

PS4 for me. I can't get to grips with an X-Box controller.

Both are great. I've a variety of games across both systems and can honestly say there's little difference. As someone else said, might come down to controller preference

Agree about controllers - prefer the xbox one - find ps one too fiddly
