I know I have mentioned POST PALS, a site where you send mail (post or electronic) to ill children to cheer them up before.

One of the Site Admin is bed ridden and is not well at all. It is her birthday on the 16th January. Her favourite number is 4 so the other site admin are asking everyone to send her a card for her birthday and are trying to get 444 messages in total.

Would any of you like to send her a birthday card/greeting?

    Her post pals details are:

The main site, if you wish to pass comment on the guestbook or send a message to any of the other ill children is:

    Thank you for reading.

    I'm ok thanks.

Had my knee bandaged up for my first day back at school as I've hurt it but don't know how (probably while I've been doing my physio exercises!). Walking up and down the steps has been a bit painful.

Other than that I'm fine thanks.

    Are you and yours ok?
