Norton 360 live update help please

    It's telling me that: 'Your PC may not be protected from the latest known risks and outbreaks'

    Yet every time I try and run the Live Update it tells me that 'Live Update could not complete. Error 5'

    Any ideas as I'm a tad worried...

    Weird that, i we're getting the same thing other day! (fook knows) so i uninstalled it and now using Zone Alarm anti virus. And to tell truth it found Eight problems as soon as i did first scan, which Norton never picked up on.

    Ooh sorry, so as far as the problem is with Norton is ....

    (dunno) ....Didn't help you did it really....

    The best advice i was ever given was "you would be better off putting a virus on your pc than norton"
