18 years since we last picked up a point.

Against the odds I fancy us this weekend.

Our team as a whole is growing in strength by the week. Yiadom has been key to that giving us great balance with Fryers on the opposite flank. McCarthy is more than capable however I do feel Pearson held us back in the early stages of the season.

For me Moncur has got to start. Now Williams is comfortable in his role and Potts is finding his feet Moncur gives us that cutting edge I feel makes the difference. I think Mcgeehan will be a top player but he went missing against both Wednesday and Burton so its only right Moncur keeps his place.

On the wings Barnes is on fire and has to play whilst Hammill should be fresh and firing if Izzy is out injured.

Upfront its Bradshaw all day long.

Roll on Saturday. Come on you Reds!

I worry that this week's happenings may have acted as a distraction.

That’s more or less as I see it as well. The only comment I’d make is that in my opinion Williams has comfortably been our best player all season. Yes he has had off/bad games but so has everyone else. For me, he’s the one that makes us tick, a real class act.

Someone told me that Hecky didn't take training today, but I can't say the source is particularly reliable. Did you hear anything Chris?

    Yes he's been outstanding.

He's looked a lot better in the last month though than the first few games where he often gave the ball away on his own half.

I think you are being harsh on Pearson , one player does not hold a team back , especially when he is asked to do a job out of position

In my opinion when he plays we are forced into playing a lot more sideways passes. We move forward a lot more fluently and retain possession more efficiently with Yiadom and Fryers on either flank.

Pearson is an honest lad and decent defender as well as being a threat in the air but there's no doubt he holds us back going forwards.

I still say its harsh to say he held us back , we have other options going forward which have not always flourished & when he played in his natural position at right back , he played very well

Don't know why considering our poor record at Norwich but I fancy us to get summat Saturday especially if we can get first goal.
