Past his sell by date. I never wanted him or rated him prior to his appointment and i still say he manages from the Nigel Spackman book of management. He talks s good game , has a decent squad , but he cannot offer a tactical solution to winning a game. After yesterday the board should now be looking at a plan B beacause its going to be mediocrity from this manager who is deluded at his ability. I have come back this season after 4 years away but as i was with Keith Hill with belief in his "own hype" i now realise i am too old to listen to Bull***t and cannot for the life of me see what the deluded at Oakwell see and put up with. Finally i will quote LJ after his appointment... he said "what you see is what you get from me"... i think that says it all.......
I agree with much of that but feel we are lumbered with him for the long haul! He may come good,I certainly hope so but if he does go then Mansford and co should follow because their as much to blame for appointing him.
He hasn't got a plan b and that's the worrying thing! King Keith and flicker suffered from this also.. I really hope he gets it right as I think he will get the best out of the players eventually Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
