Good player old keith and the squad is looking better than it did last year already but not sure this is the biggy of the two players tipped to come in this week. Im not complaining cos weve transformed the squad in the last few weeks but just got a feeling theres a striker coming in that will be even more pleasing than treacy. Again old patrick needs commending on not just this signing but all thats gone off in the close season and indeed during his tenure. You can keep your azerbijhanis and italian dodgepots. Weve got a owner that was brought up in the area and loves the reds and is realistic which is probably the most important quality of them all. Sick of hearing about clubs fans slagging off their owners after they didnt get em to the promised land and ran up huge debts in the process, but were quite happy when they were signing players at the expense of other clubs who try to cut the cloth accordingly. Really looking forward to the new season and even if its a mid table season, as long as we look like were moving forward ill be happy with that. COYR

Not at all a wow signing, but a good one all the same. I think the wow signing will be whoever the striker is as well.

I think this would be the "big" signing they referred to. A player that made 31 appearances for a team promoted to the Premier League is certainly a scalp for a League One side.

Striker is still the position we're short -- people are expecting FAR too much from Hemmings and completely underestimating the standard that Cowdenbeath play at. Winnall & Rose will be the 2 we rely on out of the current squad. Think a target man type striker could be crucial.

Totally agree with you! I think we can be excited that we have some young talent in hemmings, winnall, berry, and then rose, bree, Digby from the academy.
One or two will make it the others won't. Although would love it if by the end of the season they all were capable of playing in the team without fear.
