Ritchie has made some very serious mistakes this season, not bringing quality players into the squad after Cardiff
    And
Not bringing any loan players in
This, lets wait and see how the lads cope with the Championship, was an absolute load of tripe
I think he realises this now and so does Shep
Its going to be difficult to turn the season round now because a losing team has a losing mentality and that is something that is difficult to change

    BUT

    There is still time
In the next week if he can bring some loan players in and then in the first week of transfer activity get some permanent deals then........
    All is not lost
Its going to be difficult but it can be done

If I were Shep, I wouldn't give Ritchie a new contract - lets see how he goes
Problem Shep has got is this - how long has he got to wait before pulling the plug on Ritchie
Its a hard decision to call

Our season starts again on Saturday

Extremely big game against Ipswich. Lets see a couple of new faces brought in, a good weeks work on the training pitch, and then 3 points on Saturday.

Follow this up with much of the same against Southend and we'll go into the Scum game the next Saturday with a real good chance of moving out of the bottom 3.

If ever we needed a real performance from our manager, players AND chairman, its the next 14 days. All about teamwork

How many times has our season started again?

We've got so short term that we limp from one week to the next, desperate for points.

Season has only started once so far

But we need to group together now more than ever, everyone from the boardroom to the training pitch.

This season isn't over by a long way, we are no worse than Colchester and look where they are?

It is vital we sign at least two players this week, get the fans excited, get some positive comments from the manager and really going and set the platform for a good end to November.

I'm not just dreaming by saying we could be out of the bottom 3 in 2 weeks time.
