    after thinking long and hard its time to chalk **** on it. im not renewing me season ticket. look at burney and how well run they, a club very similat to ours.thats how to do it.it makes me sick!

    They don't do it by losing season ticket holders. We need as many as we can get so I'm not sure how you think withdrawing your support will help.

    Don't Burnley also get the parachute payments?

    What a ridiculous system that is, get relegated with a vast some of money to allow you to have a good chance of coming back, then going down again and the cycle continues.

    Relegated after the 2009/10 season so they would still have got something in the region of £16m in parachute payments this season.

    I thought they came down the season the parachute payments were expended to four seasons which would mean they still get them.

    On Five Live just after their promotion they were talking about how they're one of the few Championship clubs to have made a profit - about a million I think.

    I will still go next season to matches home and away but the quality and entertainment value of the product on show is the main reason why I have decided not to renew.
    My enthusiasm has waned due to some of the most frustrating and inept performances I've witnessed this season.
    Rarher than frustrate myself more I will pursue more enjoyable pastimes with my family.
