Most games under Wilson I felt we could have easily come out with better results than we got: draws when we've lost, wins when we've drawn. We just didn't seem to be getting the rub of the green. Hugely frustrating.

Tonight we've been well beaten by a better side. It happens, particularly away from home. It happens to teams challenging for promotion, so it certainly happens to teams down the bottom of the league. At least we're still going, creating chances and haven't given up.

I'm the opposite, I hate these games where we seem to turn up and just accept defeat within the first half, then make a token effort in the second because there's no pressure anymore.

I don't think we accepted defeat mate. They just outplayed us.

not there tonight so can't be sure but sounds like we've done our traditional, 'sit back and let opposition pummel us until inevitable goal.'

It's a tactic that has frustrated me a lot.

Voice of reason, as usual. Can't comment on the game as not there, but it's not games like that tonight that will cost us if we go down.

I'm not there either, just going from listening to the radio. I don't think we set up to sit back. Two forwards, two wingers in O'Brien and jennings. Looks like an attacking line up to me. Sounded like we got mullered down our right hand side, with this game coming too early for McLaughlin after injury and Hunt either injured or unable to do two games in 4 days. Frimpong and Woods didn't pull up any trees either.

Just think they were better than us.

But we still we have had more shots (not on target though) and more possession you need to take your chances something we just can't seem to do.

Correct. It's losing/ drawing to crap teams like Yeovil, Donny, Wednesday Blackpool and Charlton (and all of them were awful at Oakwell) that will put us down.

I actually think we will go down now, but this isn't the game that breaks my heart.

i agree wholeheartedly that it's dropping points to teams around us that has been the real let down this season but Wigan aren't Barcelona, they're in the same league as us and can be attacked. Sounds like O'Grady was playing wide left and we sat off them. But hey like I said I wasn't there so I'm just basing this on how we've played in other away games, with similar results. Adam Brammer said 'barely mustered an attack.' Just a bit depressing to hear.

We got pulled to bits first half. Everything went through their left.

    It was embarrassing at times.

From pong can't run more than six yards the workshy ****.

Fair result we list to a better side and you can't argue with that. Strange substitutions on our part though which baffled me.
