Will Macken have a shot at goal before christmas? I know he does some nice touches but theyre never in the penalty area, opposition centre backs must laugh at the threat that he poses. Only thing is though who else could we play? Daveys record with strikers is shocking.
That's because he is having to do the job Kayode is supposed to be doing. He spends a lot of time with his back to goal. It must be tough for Macken when he has to carry a League Two player.
The job KO is meant to be doing even when he's not on the pitch?
Macken's been **** when KO hasn't been playing, so how does that work?

And the fact that he had the last shot at Blackpool... Isn't how I would particularly rate a centre forward.
Not fair on KO I'm not his biggest fan as you know but his downfall on tuesday night was macken. Odejayi was heading the ball and Macken who appeared to put in little effort was never on the end of them. Odejayi might as well have been on the bench because he was trying to pass the ball to nobody. If you're going to play KO you need to have someone willing to work alongside him to get on the end of his flick ons, unfortunatly macken this season hasnt come close to doing this.
so its Mackens fault now along with Davey Howard Moore Oddjob any wonder existing players want to leave and no one wants to come......unbelievable....
RE: And the fact that he had the last shot at Blackpool... That's obviously where you've been going wrong all these years mate
It's difficult to select any of Last season's players who are achieving, form wise, anything like what they're capable of this time round, sadly.
Been saying it since last season and took stick for it as well, he is living on past glories. He has no pace, no movement and constantly ends up on his arse. He has got a decent touch but thats it, him and KO up front worst strike partnership in the league meaning relegation. He is one of Daveys favourites who loves to leave on the pitch even when he has done fook all all game.
Mostto played 11 games last year with the majority of the time KO at the side of him, got slated relentlessly for it even though he had travelled half way round the world to play for us, he deserves a run in the team more than anyone else.

RE: so its Mackens fault now If you think Macken is playing well and a threat up front you want to go to specsavers.
Isn't it just possible that Macken is there as part of a pair of strkers where one feeds off the other. He's the provider but Davey hasn't got round to sorting out the goalscorer!
