Hill out now.... He hasn't got a scooby doo how to get us out of this slump and if we stick with him, we'll be playing in front of 5000 in L1 next season and listening to him bleating that we can't compete with better supported, more affluent clubs in that league. It's a vicious spiral and it needs bringing to a close now to give someone else chance to assess the situation, make some changes to squad in January and turn things around.
Re: Not that I've had time to calm down and put a bit of rational thought behind it.. You've been saying that for ages, don't try and suggest that is an opinion you've just come to after reflecting on todays performance!!
Re: Not that I've had time to calm down and put a bit of rational thought behind it.. I can't disagree with any of that.
The slump has lasted all year virtually with some false dawns of an uplift at times and I'm afraid you are right. If the club is happy to drop into L1 because they have given up on this division as I think they have, good luck to them with their begging letters next season.
Re: Not that I've had time to calm down and put a bit of rational thought behind it.. I've been grumbling about hill since last season but I don't think I've ever said the words "hill out" before. My end of my tether has been well and truly reached.
