not the best of days then, in terms of tickets & queues

I know the club are trying hard to please everybody, but bearing in mind the league position we have been in for the last two months you would have thought someone would have thought it all through weeks ago and laid down some contingency plans that would have avoided people queuing all day and the potential loss of revenue by season ticket holders buying seats from the turnstyle rather than queuing for hours at the box office.</p>

Looks like a *** packet plan to me, or am I being unfair?</p>

Having said all that I didn't really expect anything different, it comes as part and parcel of a club achieving some success so I ain't complaining. </p>
