The team looked nervous during the first half
Consequently the crowd was nervous during the first half but got going in the second half
Still cant break the 10k attendance, which is a great pity with the football being played at the moment.
Hassell and Foster will not be in the team next season. Good defenders but they cannot pass a ball.
O'Brien had a relatively poor match, his crossing ability needs to improve.
As I predicted Craig Davies is starting to get back to match fitness and sharpeness and at the rate he is progressing will become one of the best strikers in the Championship.
Also as I predicted, if the current first team strikers remain fit then Andy Gray will not play in the first team again and will be released in January or for the start of next season.
Ranger has fantastic potential but needs match fitness. The way he runs reminds me of a young Adebayor.
Haynes will continue to impress once he gets back to full fitness.
Wiseman has unbeleivable speed and should be in the first team.
Drinkwater is a good midfield player, but Perkins is even better.
If we keep the current squad together and fit and we are in a play off position at the end of the season - we will win it.

O'Brien was my man of the match, no idea what match you were watching ........ he put some terrific crosses in, even though the odd one went into the crowd, but his workrate and involvement in the game was fantastic

and his defensive work was quite outstanding at times-makes up for the poor tackle which gave Pboro one of their goals

Fosters passing has improved 100% this season, you used to have kittens when he had the ball at his feet, now l feel comfortable. All he had was a 50 yard punt to no-one, now he may do that once or twice a game. Solid performer for us over the years.

Can't believe he was written off at the start of the season (again)

Solid and dependable. One shocking defensive header excepted....

Young Nudger and Hemsworth are the same person

When Hemsworth is in his late 40s he encounters a fracture in the space time continuum and is transported back to the late 1990s where he starts posting on this BBS as Young Nudger.

Palace are no mugs Nudger. They would have been 8th with a win last night and won at Old Trafford last week. They came back from an early setback to equalise and then if it wasn't for Sir Bobby being on the line when Steele made a rare mistake, they would have gone 2-1 up. That's what made our win last night feel so good. That we managed to get in front twice against a decent team.

Andy Gray still has a part to play this season, been very good and looked fitted than when he first came, give the guy a break. He did a lot of team work and hold up play when we had no other fit forwards!! Was just starting to score a few goals as well!

    First half ?

Until Ranger missed that 1 on 1 with keeper we were all over them. This is a view shared by my bro in law watching from the away end.

I didn't see the same game as you nudge.

JOB was v good again as was Hassell. foster made one mistake which unfortunately cost a goal.

Re: Young Nudger and Hemsworth are the same person

Had Perkins not been moved into midfield and Drinkwater taken off l think it would have been a tough task to get all three points. I can just hear Freedman's half time talk now "Right lads, l didnt realise they'd put a midget at left back, lets get the big men on him and send all the crosses to the back left stick" bizarre choice given the options on the bench, the team improved when Perkins was back in the centre, what a steal from League 1 he's been.

Doesn't look good for the future of Edwards when a central midfielder can get in the defence out of a position ahead of him. Could well end up being loaned out next month for some much needed match fitness.

He was my MOM too but I wasn't suprised when it was given to Vaz Te. I also thought Hassell had a good game, as did Fozzy excluding the header.
