apart from bandwagon jumpers at tonights match! Supporters who buy tickets on a match to match basis put more cash into the club than season tiket holders and get no priority over the band wagon! Poor again from the club /poo
A Leeds fan has just been asking how much it's in tonight at work This Leeds fan now has as much right for a ticket as a lot of very loyal Barnsley fans
What about this idea? I’m not going to Wembley, why? Because: a) I’m not fit enough b) don’t get to many matches at Oakwell so it’s not fair to have a ticket for a game like this when regular supporters may miss out c) can’t afford tickets for Dad, me and Mum (Dad will go though after all he’s been going to Oakwell since 1968 <St holder since 1969>) Ideas for sale of the 30,000+ tickets: 2 per Season Ticket Holder = 13,600 1 per Centenary Member = 1500 Leaving approx 15,000 to be sold: (assuming people have their stubs) 1 per 5 match stubs inc 1 away game 1 per 5 match stubs home games Then general sale It’s unfair saying people attending weekday matches get preference due to the distance some fans live from the ground.
It's a she, and when i say Leeds fan i got the impression that this fan doesn't even go to the Leeds games
suppose some idiots will triple agree that he should be more deserving than people who put their money up front BEFORE the season begins then????????? despite what sort of season we have. if we were to have a bad one some of you forget that those who 'pay on the day' perhaps wouldnt come, hence, not much revenue.... season ticket holders deserve the pickings if they put the money up front. simple as.
Some people don't get season tickets because not everyone can attend every match due to work/location/transport Most season ticket holders buy season tickets cos it works out cheaper, a lot cheaper.
I agree they should get some benefits but, it's wrong that long standing supporters could end up missing out again. Not everyone knows someone with a ST who can get them a ticket.
Whilst I agree that people with stubs should get priority over those who dont go at all The idea that they put in more money than season ticket holders is totally laughable
they also but them as a show of loyalty to the club, and the rewards they reap, granted they cant get to all matches, and whn i cant i give it to a mate...........
nobody is arguing that s/t holders should get priority. the argument is that the s/t holders 3rd and 4th choice mate gets priority over regular attendees who are not s/t holders.
But non s/ticket holders potentially pay more over the course of the season and the f.a.cup excepted we been pretty rubbish this season. I don't think anyone would disagree that season ticket holders should get first picking, but i fail to see why they should be allowed to bring 3 people with them who may never have attended a game before, potentially at the expense of those who go reguarly
