Poor game to be honest - Milwall rarely threatened I think Steele had one save of note to make and Millwall missed a golden chance in the first half when they really should have scored. Their keeper also had a couple of saves to make we had a couple of shots that missed the target and that was about it Just looked ast the possesion stats and we had 45% which is about what I would have guessed - unfortunately most of that was at least 30 yards from the Millwall goa One thing that is beginning to annoy me though is our complete inability to take throwins nearly every throw we had resulted in either a millwall throw or millwall possesion - there were a couple of exceptions one getting Haynes away but in general we just waited until we were all marked up then threw it to a player under pressure Oh and Perkins can he when put through on goal actually run with the ball towards it instead of checking back and waiting for the defenders to catch him up one golden oppertunity when we sprang the offside trap but he just stopped once he had the ball - frustrating Haynes and O'brien freshened things up a bit when they came on but really we came for a point and got it Ratings Steele - 8 Didnt do much wrong but didnt need the heroics of last week Wiseman - 7 defensively OK didnt offer much going forwards Edwards 7- - decent performance coped with Henderson quite well Foster 7 - Starting to gain an understanding with Edwards - away defensive form is fine McNulty - 6 Vast improvement on Jay Mac - still doesnt look comfortable with the ball though Hassell, 7 looks a lot better in the central midfield role than Addison did in the one game I saw him play - not sure he is playing in his best position though Done - 6 - OK game but didnt really do much Perkins,6 runs about a lot and tracks back well but no end product Butterfield 6 quiet game - but not much he could do - hard to pick a pass when there is no one ahead moving to pass to - and when he did put Perkins through - see above Drinkwater 5-5 - not really match fit struggled to get into the game - too early to form any opinon though but worryingly seemed slower than Andy Gray Gray - 7 played as a lone striker with no support did as good a job as could reasonably be expected - won quite a few headers but usually had to head them back as there was no one running on to pick up flick ons Subs O'Brien 6 - looks better than last year along with Haynes gave us a bit of threat going forwards for the last 15 mins Haynes 7 - seemed up for it had a couple of good runs down the right wing which could have got us something if we had had more than one man in the box Jay Mac -6 played in midfield and looked more comfortable than left back Ref 8- had a good game let the game flow didnt get any big decisions wrong I thought the 50-50's balance were in Millwalls favour but I am sure a Millwall fan would disagree and say he favoured us
