Just setting up a girls U10 Soccer team here, Had to cancel tryouts last sunday due to severe thunderstorms. Todays may not go ahead due to heavy rain.

I had 18 girls trying out for 13 spots, today was the first day you could offer deals to players and 2 of my better players,I watch them playing every weekend, have been offered deals else where and pressured into giving a response.

I have 4 wild cards who didnt pass the skills evaluation and only 3 places available.

Now feel sorry for any manager at any level, so frustrating.

I would if i had seen them play. Its all about moulding and gelling a team Hemsy. You cant just take the better players and expect, they have to be coachable.

Im trying to find the next Mia Hamm(google her) not boiled ham

I guess so, although she is not exactly "established" yet. It has to be said that having Sinclair in the Canadian team is a bit like Messi playing for Barnsley!

    Tell you what's worse.

2 daughters going for trials at Sheffield Wednesday, this weekend. One has played for them for three seasons, but still has to go to trials, the other wants to try her luck.
