I honestly believe that the club needs to take stock have a look where we are and realistically wherewe want to be in 3 years time. An appointment needs to be made that will help the club to immprove, i'm not talking promotion but mid table would be nice.

No rush job or kneejerk reaction will do that, however it can't drag on forever, i believe a manager with championship experience is essential however not sure if any would be willing to come!!

If not then i think we could do worse than look at Mark Robins seems to have his head screwed on right has a team who plays football and seems open and honest whe interviewed.

this new era for the club needs to be a dawn for some transparacy and relationship building with the fan base, which is much needed.

I await the next couple of weeks with interest.

But we desperately need some players. Who is going to make those signings if we have no manager? We need to identify some targets and move in. Hopefully PC will have been doing some of this in the last few weeks, just in case like.

I completely agree with that mate. I believe it is now time to go for someone with a proven track record who knows the division well. Would love to see a bit of passion and grit return and those old headlines we all love "Battling Barnsley". :D
