The fact is its Flitcroft. I'm happy about it, maybe some aren't but all that needs to be put on hold until the end of the season. We are in a proper relegation dogfight, the players are clearly behind Flicker and the ONLY thing that will help the club now is if we are as well. If he keeps us up he will get the job permanently for sure, but who could argue he wouldn't have earned it.
You're right of course, but there are some on here who just want to try and point score, whether they're branded as moaners or the rose-tinted specs brigade, they'll just contine in the same way. Not too sure about Flicker but from now he has my support as long he avoids that slow, predictable, unproductive boring passing game tha twas all too apparent when he was no2.
After what I saw yesterday, he was the best man to give us a chance. And before the game I didn't have that opinion. The Club are absolutely spot on - total unity behind the cause is the only thing that will keep us up now.
