I think we will sell Muller and keep Steele as number 1.

    Muller - no contest.

I know the young un's done great but I think time will show his game, confidence and ability to command his area will not be as good as the Germans.

However, I hope they both turn out to be legends in tarn.

Wouldn't make sense to sell Steele

    Wouldn't get much for him!:D

I feel sorry for young Kyle

All the saga this week with Steele and Foster being mentioned. Gordon saying we will have a new keeper whatever happens. Davey stating earlier this year that Letheren is too young, then bringing in a younger (although more experienced) keeper. He knows he'll be third-string next year, but must wonder if he will ever get a chance. If I was in the same position in my job I know I'd be checking the job ads.

RE: I feel sorry for young Kyle

    Luke Steele's older than Letheren

Letheren is 20 and Steele is 23.

Still, I must agree, I feel sorry for Kyle.

Well Muller's not due back til October / November is he? At least Luke will be guaranteed first team until then at least - then there is match practice that will be lacking, for Muller, so he'll need a few reserve games maybe? Like you say though, a good dilemma to have, but for me it has to be Muller, with Luke waiting in the wings if Heinz does leave. When people were talking about Muller leaving previously, a bit of panic set in about who we'd get. At least if he does get linked with other teams next season then I doubt there will be the same panic now we have Luke waiting in the wings.

It does mean we don't have to rush Muller back

More than happy with Steele as a replacement!(Y)

Definately a bonus that we don't have to rush him back - but I can see Muller himself wanting to get back ASAP - even if it's only to prove his fitness and put himself back in that shop window.
