Give the lad a chance, you've gotta be good to play for England, at any age.
    Drop Colgan, get Ned in.
Get rid of Carbon as he's ****.
Teach Kay not to make howlers, or try him as CM not CH.
Try and get McPhail to tackle.
Get rid of Conlon, he is shocking and fat, makes some of the **** we've had here over the years look class e.g Don Goodman.
GET BEHIND THE TEAM! None of this crap about 'if we don't sign anyone I'm not coming til Januray' shut up! Don't you think the board want us to do well anall?
Promotion is not won and lost in August, we played some bloody brilliant stuff in the first half on Sat, the only problem being nobody could get it in the net, so Ritchie signs a striker. Good on him. In the 2nd half it was a bit flat, the fabns didn't get behind the team until about 70 mins, and we created no chances.
    COME ON THE REDS

It's my opiniopn mate, I think he is a very bad defender, with no pace. Colgan is a poor organiser of the defence and along with Carbon, it costs us goals. So if we sign a CH do you think Reid should be dropped? Last year I thought he loked class when playing well.

so, how come you're not manager if you reckon you have all the answers?

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

You haven't 'got to be good'...

I could go on my usual 'good at 16 doesn't mean good at 25' argument I use against the academy, but I've got a much better argument I can sum up in just two words: Carlton Palmer.

When we went up to the prem we weren't blessed with skill all over the park. In fact looking back many of our squad were pretty average really.
Was Wilko upfront any better than Hayes or Nads? Probably a bit better than Conlon, but not much as he was so fragile.
Marcelle better than Shuker? I don't think so.
Bosancic better than Mcphail? Nope, no way.

Thomo at L.back: on his last legs as a pro. Lovely left foot, and thunderbolt free kick, but he turned slower than Taggs and got ripped to shreds by quick players.

Watson: Good shot stopper, poor on crosses. Flinders doesn't show any areas where he is equally defficient. I'll admit that Colgan couldn't organise a pi$$ up in a brewery, never mind a chuffing defence.

Moses/Scotty Jones/Dodgy Appleby: Nowt special, where are they now.

INFACT: how the hell did we get promoted?

The only real difference were De Zeuuw, Eaden, Redders, and Hendry
